Updating Mail Core

In order to update the version of Mail Core to a more recent version, follow the Updating Addons section of Using Addons in the main docs. Also, realize that Mail Core is used in Group Control, so make sure to note the special intricacies of dealing with dependencies ("Note about App Dependencies").
